The board's motion

The Savannah Historic District Board of Review does hereby approve the proposed changes in the amendment for the hotel project at 620 East River Street with the following conditions to be reviewed and approved by staff prior to submitting the final set of drawings for permitting, because the work is otherwise visually compatible and meets the standards: 1. Provide further details on the mechanical screening to ensure it meets the standards. 2. Provide information on the drawings showing that the balusters between railings will be no more than four inches on center.
