CONTINUE the request to restore the Uneeda Biscuit ghost sign on the north side of 234 Price Street for a time not to exceed 90 days, to the Historic Sites & Monuments Commission in order to allow the applicant time to address the FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, and for staff to subsequently review the new information. Obtain the services of an art conservator to assess the proper process, colors, and materials for restoration. Provide spec sheets for a consolidant that is appropriate for historic masonry and can penetrate painted surfaces.
