The board's motion
The Savannah Historic Preservation Commission does hereby approve the project for New Construction, Small (Parts I & II) on the property located at 415 West 39th Street with the following conditions because the proposed work is otherwise visually compatible and meets the standards: 1.Omit the ADU from the plans. 2.Create design detail variation of the front façade, to be reviewed by staff. 3.Ensure that the windows on the MLK façade are above the 30% fenestration minimum.
