The Savannah Historic Preservation Commission does hereby approve the request to repair window frames and windows, repair or replace siding, and rebuild a fallen staircase for the property located at 507 East Anderson Street with the following condition because the work is otherwise visually compatible and meets the standards: 1.If replacement exceeds 30% for the wood siding or windows, that staff is to be contacted and the project reassessed.
